Welcome to iSpeak, a language education service provided by iSpeak Ltd ("iSpeak," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of the iSpeak service, which includes the website located at ispeak.to and speakduo.com (the "Sites"), mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these terms carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the iSpeak Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Changes to Terms
iSpeak reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and we will indicate the date of the last revision. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
3. Description of the iSpeak Service
iSpeak is an online platform facilitating language education via live interaction, English speech analysis and AI feedback. It allows teachers to provide language education feedback services ("Feedback Services") and students to submit voice recordings for feedback on their speaking skills ("Voice Recordings"). Users can also engage in Language Practice Sessions, which include adaptive language learning games, discussion rooms, and one-on-one video-conference language practice sessions.
4. User Types
These terms apply to two user categories: teachers, providing Feedback Services, and students, submitting Voice Recordings.
5. User Obligations
a. Teachers: You, as a teacher, agree to provide accurate information about your language proficiency and intent to provide feedback within the time-frame you indicate to your students. You also agree to the following obligations:
