Mentor Service Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Mentor, a language assessment and feedback platform operated by Pengguin Inc. (“Pengguin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Mentor, including all services offered via mentor.so and ispeak.to, and any related applications (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Mentor is a digital platform that allows students to:

• Record spoken responses to prompts
• Receive automated feedback from AI on fluency, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary
• Review transcripts and scoring data
• Access teacher or institution feedback (if enabled)

Mentor is used by educational institutions and is not intended for public or community-based use.
